Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency apps are at an all-time high hence it shouldn’t be a surprise that one popular cryptocurrency wallet, The Blockchain Wallet has claimed second place SensorTower’s list of Highest Growth Finance Apps in the U.S. for May 2019 seen below.

Topping the list is the Cash app with grew by 10 over the previous month by more than 194,000 new installs. The cash app allows users to Instantly send money between friends or accept card payments for your business.

The app Blockchain Wallet app is developed by Blockchain Luxembourg S.A. which also operates the popular blockchain explorer and wallet. The app was downloaded close to 150,000 downloads which represent a 3x growth previous month of April.

The Blockchain Wallet is the most popular crypto wallet with over 38 million wallets in 140 countries, $200B transacted, and industry-leading low fees.

One can obviously attribute this growth to the bitcoin and cryptocurrency prices which reached an all-times during the month of May and June which is highlighted below.

The Blockchain wallet app allows users to Buy, Hold, send and receive Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Stellar (XLM), and USD PAX (PAX).

Also Noteworthy on that list is the Gemini App which holds the 7th spot for the App Store and 8th for the Google Play store. The Gemini app also allows you to purchase and sell cryptocurrencies instantly along with other features such as price alerts and assured security.

What would be interesting would be the Highest Growth Finance Apps Worldwide for May 2019 which would present and even more interesting outlook.

This ultimately amplified app usage and bitcoin/cryptocurrency awareness. The should undoubtedly be even more growth for both apps during the month of June as bitcoin hit a new all-time high of $11,381 less than 24 hours after climbing to $11,200 on June 24.
